How much is shish tawook seasoning at Al Laith?

Classic shish seasoning powder is EGP 340 for the 1.390 kg ready-dose pack. The price is per pack, not per kilo, because the pack is set for a fixed quantity of chicken: 50 kg.

How much chicken does one pack cover?

One 1.390 kg pack covers 50 kg of chicken in all four flavours:

50 kg chicken: the full 1.390 kg pack + 4–5 kg sunflower oil + 200 g crushed garlic + 2 sliced lemons + 200 g white vinegar.
25 kg chicken: 695 g seasoning + 2–2.5 kg oil + 100 g garlic + 1 sliced lemon + 100 g vinegar.
5 kg chicken: 140 g seasoning + 0.4–0.5 kg oil + 20 g garlic + 2 lemon slices + 20 g vinegar.

Mix everything with the oil, add the breast cubes and leave them in the fridge for 24 hours, turning 3 times.

Why does the smoked one cost more?

The price difference comes from the flavour, not the quantity: the pack and the coverage are the same. Classic gives a light colour and balanced garlic-lemon taste; herb gives a clear herb aroma for healthy menus and hotel buffets; BBQ gives a slightly sweet smoky taste and a dark glossy colour for cafés and burger shops; smoked puts the charcoal aroma into the marinade itself, so skewers taste charcoal-grilled even on a gas or electric grill, which suits cloud kitchens and restaurants without a charcoal fire.
