Return policy

You can return any Al Laith order within 3 days of receiving it.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

You can also exchange a product for another one on the same terms.

Free delivery inside Cairo; for other governorates the courier's fee is confirmed when you order.

Returned items must be new: unopened and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee.

Once we receive the return, your refund is processed within 4 days.
