For 25 kg chicken: 800 g seasoning + 3 kg oil + 100 g garlic + 1 sliced lemon + 100 g vinegar.
For 5 kg chicken: 250 g seasoning + ½ lemon + 1.5 kg oil + 35 g garlic + 30 g vinegar.
Mix everything into the oil, add the chicken, refrigerate for 24 hours and turn 3 times.
